John Knapp, President and CEO - John
founded Kiket in 1997 to provide assistance to companies wanting
to harness the training potential of the web. With his leadership,
Kiket has developed innovative online learning technologies,
assembled a powerful and talented team of developers, user interface
designers, online educators and sales and marketing professionals.
John brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge in adult education
and educational technology integration and his vision is shaping
Kiket as an industry leader in this important new market segment.
Prior to founding Kiket, John served ten years as President of
Binary Graphics, Inc. (a graphic arts consultancy) which he
turned into a nationally recognized leader for comprehensive
and innovative technology solutions. John and Binary Graphics
gained wide acclaim for delivering industry leading profitability
and productivity to their clients.
Scott Neilson, Creative Director - Scott
is in charge of the experience that students receive at their
Kiket Online Learning Center. A specialist in user interface
and information design, Scott has contributed to the success
of companies like Amazon.com and Microsoft. Scott has worked
as a design and computer imaging instructor at the Art Institute
of Seattle and has great enthusiasm for the potential of the
web as a teaching and learning medium. He is committed to keeping
the technology of the online environment "transparent" so students
can focus on what's important, learning.
Larry Senechal, Director of Sales - Larry
joins Kiket with over 20 years of experience in a variety of
Northwest companies. He was one of 18 principals who founded one
of this state's largest management consulting firms, The Freeland
Group. For three years prior to that he was vice President of
National Accounts and Business Development with Priority Management,
a worldwide training company with U.S. headquarters in Bellevue. Prior
positions include: owner of Interactive Training Solutions; trainer
and salesperson with Time Systems; twelve years with The Boeing Company
in Total Quality Management, Customer Service, Program Planning, and
Methods Engineering.
Born in Bellingham, Washington, Larry earned his
undergraduate degree from Western Washington University. He has
been married 22 years to Jennifer; they have four sons.
Michèle Jackson, Director of Marketing - Michèle
has over ten years of marketing and project management experience.
Highlights from her career include working as an independent
marketing and business development consultant for Seattle-based
high tech firms. As a Producer for a web development firm, she
contributed to such high profiles projects as the U2 PopMart site,
Microsoft's Smallbiz site and Arthur Andersen's Pacific Northwest site. At
Washington Software Alliance (WSA), she promoted Washington State and the
high-tech industry by coordinating major conferences and events. Prior to
moving to Seattle, she spent three years in Zurich, Switzerland marketing
funds and banking services for the renowned British Private Banks Rothschild
AG and Coutts & Co.
